Juvenile Justice ?

The under 18 rapist of braveheart physiotherapy student will not be tried for the crime he has committed.

This is not justified. A criminal should be tested for the crime. Age has nothing to do with it. More over, under the Indian conditions, the authencity of date of birth may be doubtful. He should undergo a bone test. Why the law is helping a criminal and denying justice to the girl, who was killed?

This move is not justified in the larger interest of society, and send signals to criminal minded “under 18 boys” to go ahead and rape before they attain adulthood. Why is court only looking at rehabilitating a criminal and exposing millions of women to such criminals.

I am against this decision and expect this to be corrected.

Pics are from google.
