Imagine this:
You open your eyes one morning, and instead of Alexa’s robotic “Good Morning,” you hear a celestial “Om” that feels like a spa day for your soul. You stretch—and find out God’s already done your yoga, walked your 5,000 steps, and left you glowing without breaking a sweat.
Welcome to the one day when God became my assistant.
7:00 AM – Yoga By Proxy
Turns out, God does a mean Surya Namaskar. In eight directions. At once. And as He finishes, He smiles,
“Calories burnt, aura cleansed, karma reset.”
My mat hasn’t even unrolled yet.
7:30 AM – Divine Breakfast Delivery
He glides into the kitchen like a Michelin-star chef crossed with a nutritionist.
My oats arrive perfectly balanced—chia, flax, banana, berries, no sugar, all soul.
The kitchen smells like heaven with a hint of cinnamon.
8:00 AM – Inbox Nirvana
Emails? Already answered. Kindly, wisely, with perfect grammar and zero passive-aggression.
Even that one ghost client responded: “Thanks. Feeling blessed.”
9:00 AM – WhatsApp Silence = Bliss
No “Good Morning” GIFs with 14 sunflowers.
Group gossip got gently redirected with “Let’s practice compassion.”
Four aunties exited. Peace prevailed.
10:00 AM – YouTube Magic
My video is edited with divine transitions and angelic lighting.
Motivational Mata is trending in 12 countries.
Even Oprah messaged: “We need to talk.”
11:00 AM – Brand Deal From the Beyond
A dream collaboration shows up in my inbox.
God negotiates like a pro—travel vouchers, spa retreats, and sarees in every shade of contentment.
All I had to do was breathe.
1:00 PM – The Lunch That Heals
Paneer sabzi made the way only God and grandmothers know.
He even blesses the gas cylinder, so never run out during tadka.
Miracles are spicy today.
2:00 PM – To-Do List? What To-Do List?
Reels? Done.
Course slides? Done.
Internet issues? Magically resolved.
Airtel is still confused.
4:00 PM – Walk with the Divine
We go for a stroll. Birds hum classical. Flowers bloom on cue.
A child points and asks, “Uncle, are you from HR?”
God smiles: “Yes. I manage humans.”
6:00 PM – Therapy in a Sentence
I hit my evening slump. He whispers gently:
“Yes, Neerja, you are enough. Keep going. Drink water.”
Instant peace. Also, hydration.
7:30 PM – The Miracle of Phone-Free Dinner
Everyone listens. No screens. Even the granddaughter complies.
This is what heaven must feel like in a dining room.
9:00 PM – Bedtime With Blessings
God fluffs my pillow, tucks me in, and says,
“Same time tomorrow?”
I smile. “If only.”
The Truth Behind The Story
Okay, maybe God didn’t edit my YouTube video or sauté my paneer.
But sometimes, when I stop controlling every second and just trust, the day flows smoothly.
The tasks still exist—but they feel lighter.
Because someone’s helping me carry the invisible ones: the pressure, the overwhelm, the “I should be doing more.”
So if you’re spinning 47 plates and juggling work, creativity, groceries, self-doubt, and chai cups—try this:
Delegate upward.
Let God be your PA for a day.
No appointment necessary. Just a sense of humour and a little faith.
Because sometimes, survival requires snacks, spreadsheets, and a sprinkle of divine magic.
